Pilates is recommended by so many health professionals for many reasons. It is so important to keep the body moving and Pilates is an incredible way to keep the body in check. Whether you're injured, coming back from illness or just want to add it alongside other workouts, Pilates is perfect to keep the body healthy and happy.
Feel the burn! Tone the body, strengthen & stretch the muscles, work the booty! We start with a short cardio warm up, arm work with either weights or resistance bands, plenty of leg strengthening exercises, core work and a stretch to finish. Bare feet or socks with grips on are preferable foot attire for Barre.
High intensity interval training. In our classes we perform 7 exercises, 30 seconds of work, 30 seconds of rest and we do 3 rounds. It is tough but short and sweet! Our 30 minute classes also include a warm up & cool down/stretch for an all over incredible workout. Don't forget your trainers, water, and maybe a towel!
