Pilates focuses on improving your core stability, postural alignment, flexibility, balance and strengthening the whole body. Pilates is wonderful for your spine health, reducing back pain and minor niggles in the body, helping recover from injury or illness and also incredibly useful to run alongside more intense training.
Feel the burn! Define the body, strengthen & stretch the muscles, work the booty! We start with a short cardio warm up, arm work with either weights or resistance bands, plenty of leg strengthening exercises, core work and a stretch to finish. Bare feet or socks with grips on are preferable foot attire for Barre. Get those peaches burning!
